Required Materials: Registration Form, $50 Registration Fee, September Tuition Fee*, Immunization Record required by 8/31/24 (we do not accept waivers).

 

Complete all forms and mail along with your fees (made payable to Zelienople Preschool) to:

You may also drop it off at the school/church.

Please note: A child’s registration is not considered final until you receive confirmation email from our registration chairperson.

Classes are filled on a first come-first serve basis and based

upon receipt of registration (not postmark, etc.). 

Registration form and fees must be complete in order for a spot to be issued to any child. Classes may fill up prior to receipt and completing of your application.  If necessary, we will utilize a waiting list for classes which may fill up.

*We utilize an online billing and communication system/app. You have the option to pay via monthly billing or pay off the entire year at once.

Submit your child’s first month’s Tuition Fee via your Brightwheel account. All families are also required to sign a Tuition Contract so that you understand and adhere to our procedures and penalties. Please see our Tuition Contract on the Brightwheel site for further details regarding tuition policies and procedures. We do not charge any other fees beyond tuition (ie. snack fee, activity fee, or fundraising minimum). While we do have fundraisers, these are all optional and there is no fundraising minimum to meet.
