Adult Education after Easter

  • 1 min read

During Adult Ed on April 12th and 19th, Caroline Baker will lead us in exploring a few different practices of embodied spirituality. Rather than compartmentalizing physical health, mental health, and spiritual health, there is value in breaking down these walls and establishing rituals rooted in wholeness and connection.

Have you ever wondered what art has to do with the Holy Spirit, prayer has to do with digestion, or laughter has to do with sleeping well? Are you curious about the importance of living in connection with mind, body, and spirit? We will dip our toes in a variety of ways to pray, play, and create. Some may be new, some may be familiar, some may be exciting, some may be uncomfortable, but each will provide an opportunity to get curious and make space for the Spirit to move.
