Visitors often comment that worshipping at Calvin Church just feels… different. People feel at home when they walk in the doors of the church. Calvin provides an open and non-judgmental haven where people can come together and share in their spiritual journey. Calvin emphasizes the deepening of faith through a mixture of teaching, prayerful reflection and the realization that not everyone is in the same place in their faith journey.

The Rev. Dr. N. Graham Standish, Calvin's Pastor, is the author of five books on spirituality and faith. Dr. Standish speaks nationally to groups of pastors and layman from all denominations about ways to reflect our faith in our daily lives and within our church environments.

Calvin Church has developed a vibrant community of active and involved members who engage in spiritual pursuits through a number of Calvin's ministries. These ministries include a well regarded drama program that puts on a number of musicals for the community each year, a growing small group program for a variety of different interests, a prayer ministry, one of the area's best youth programs, a music program that provides community concerts and amazing worship music during services.
